Miranda Harcourt

Miranda Harcourt is well known in NZ as an actor, director and teacher.

She is the voice of Hairy McClary from Donaldson’s Dairy in the internationally successful videos.

For 6 years Head of Acting at Toi Whakaari: the NZ Drama School, Miranda is also known for her work with the deaf, in prisons and in education.

In 2002 Miranda was awarded an ONZM for her work in theatre and the community.

Recently, Miranda was AnnaSophia Robb's onset acting coach in the Walden-Disney film Bridge to Terabithia, for which AnnaSophia recieved a Critics Choice nomination for Best Young Actress.

Miranda and her husband Stuart McKenzie have 3 small children and live on Wellington’s South Coast.

 

Stuart McKenzie

Stuart McKenzie is a playwright and film director. He was the 2000 Bruce Mason Sunday Star Times play-writing fellow.

Stuart and Miranda have collaborated on a number of acclaimed projects including the short film Voiceover, the stage plays Portraits and Flowers From My Mother’s Garden (published in book form by Penguin NZ); and the feature film For Good.

Stuart concieved and directed the 10 part documentary series Tough Act, following 22 young actors in their first year at Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School.

 

Paul Densem

Paul Densem is one of New Zealand’s leading illustrators and animators.

His animation company Teaspoon has made many award-winning commercials for companies in New Zealand and internationally.

Paul and his designer partner Lee Whiterod have 2 small children and live on Wellington’s South Coast.

Lee Whiterod is a free-lance graphic designer; as well as lecturing in design at Massey University, Wellington.
